Multi page Meta Dimension files do not tile and rotate 2. If a color is sent by the RIP with a proper donor name the user must have Show Export Module checked, double click the density value and make the proper modifications. In automatic mode, the densities will be set to 0 and will produce undesirable results. 3. Incoming jobs must have Unique Pantone ###. If a job has two recipe's with the same Pantone ### but a different extenstion (Pantone 111 C; Pantone 111 CV) then a dialogue box will appear informing the user that there are two recipe's with the same number. ****************************************************************** Troubleshooting ****************************************************************** 1. Problem: The input colors locked by AIT are not processing in the correct order. Solution: Ensure that the Host version is 2.1 or greater and partial Media savings in enabled. 2. Problem: The defined colors are not picked up in export mode. Solution: Ensure that the correct Recipe List is being used for the job. 3. Problem: When running automatic mode overnight the system will not process files that have recipe's undefined Solution: Ensure all Recipe's are defined before continuing the automatic processing of files _______________________________________________________ Kodak and Approval are trademarks of Eastman Kodak
